As of right now, my belly, our fridge, and almost every container we have are full.
We made couple of these this yesterday.  Chili and cheesy  chicken enchilada.  They're delicious and make about 1 gallon each.  Then we made a couple gallons of beef soup which came out really well this time.  I think searing the meat and adding a bit of chile powder ( Read more... )
