pOK, so as many of you know, I've been married for 5 years, and for the most part those have been great years. It's November 6, and the malls have been in full Christmas swing since Oct 31. I don't know if this is across all of North America, but here in Canada, were we've already had Thanksgiving, it's as if we only have 10 more shopping days until Christmas instead of 49. So, after a month or so of the new shows I thought I'd weigh in. I have to admit I haven't watched every thing that premiered this year (I do have a dissertation to write), so I can't speak to Heroes or Justice and the new Fox shows have only been on for a week or so what with the baseball, so I have nothing to say about them ( Read more... )

Well, I did a full Thanksgiving for someone other than my husband and it went off without a hitch. I love to cook and my guests seemed to enjoy the whole thing (although it was my brother and a bunch of his friends who have been living on college caf food for the past month ( Read more... )
