I'm proud of you! Your breakfast sounds yummy. I love light yoghurt, but not so much the full cream stuff either! The only fruit I really like is bananas and berries but you are doing the right thing by seeking out stuff you enjoy. It's really the only way to do it.

I'm sorry I could come last night. I could hardly stand up. But I really want to go more often. We want to get better out it. We'll let you know when we are going incase you want to join us.

ummm, you do realise ribena is absolutely full of sugar? unless you get diet ribena... other than that, w00t :) try having a muesli for breakfast, it's really good cos it gives you a serve of fruit too, with all the dried fruit it has (i found one thats really yummy called "swiss muesli" it's really nummy and sweet, but it uses honey rather than sugar as a sweetener) yoghurt is really good too to get some extra fruit, and i found having tinned peaches on top to be really nummy... i had alot of trouble when i went onto a diet, because of all the fruit needed, but the muesli and yoghurt give me all the fruit i need :) other than that, keep carbs low, and protein high :) good on ya hun :)
