My hands feel as if they are going to fall off at any moment because of the damn coldness that will not cease. GRAAAHH! I can't stop cracking my knuckles and thinking about the myths that follow this habit, hopefully I do not develop large ape-like

Oh and by the way, you won't get ape hands from cracking your knuckles. Cracking your knuckles is just synovial fluid traveling between your joints as you stretch them out. Arthritis is not relevant to your habit, as it is dryness between your joints due to absence of synovial fluid (I'm pretty sure that's right). This is a second-rate comment.
