freaking out about my dress

Ok.. so Mandy went with me last night to David's Bridal so I could try on my dress for the final time and be shown where to bustle and such. And... the dress didn't fit in the corset part! Ack!!! They haven't touched the top b/c I had always fit into it...and there's no room in it to let it out. I promptly freaked out, and Mandy did an awesome job

BREATHE! Take a deep breath. It can be fixed and you will still look awesome in the dress.

As others have said, please be careful. Those meds, overexercising, not eating, etc. can be dangerous if overdone.

i'm not wanting to starve myself (too much)..just not overeat due to stress like i've been doing. as one that has had eating disorders off and on my whole life.. i don't want to be anorexic again. it was sooo horrible on my health. sure, i looked wonderfully skinny (for me)...but my hair was falling out and i was sick all the time. i don't want to have to go through with that again.

What has help me lose some water weight and the bloatedness is cutting out dairy products (though I totally had an oreo mcflurry last night). lol. You'll see the effects of it really quickly. So that's my little advice. And Spanx are the shit! I have one for strapless dresses and it totally sucks in the body, but not to where it'll suffocate you. lol

yeah, i'm basically going to cut wayyy down on the dairy for the next few weeks. per weight watchers you're supposed to have at least 2 servings of dairy a day. so maybe i'll have a piece of cheese and some yogurt or sometihng. i don't know....
