The person who wrote it got their panties in a twist because they didn't include the words "Under God" in the pledge....SO FUCKING WHAT?? the pledge actually originally read "Under the powers of this earth." it was changed during a campaign to gain votes. Wheres everyone getting their pants in a twist over that? Its been defiled once already.

why change something that we say everyday in school as childern, so they can keep selling the pepsi to people who dont belive in god like the "under god" part will make sells any different.. the pledge hasnt change has it so why not put it on there.... the sells of pepsi are more important if its about america and being patriotic, they should leave the pledge alone. but its not its about pepsi sells now isnt it?

"Under God" was added to the pleadge in the 1970's as a protest against communism in Russia. We had to provethat because we had "more" religion, that they were less than we were-when realisticcally they had a hugely strong underground church- just so the United States, as always, to try and prove how much better we are than everyone else. This country, if you look in the constitution, is actually founded under "Under the powers of this earth" (as i just realized was pointed out earlier) meaning the earth, and the physical land we are founded on, and what it presents to us. Under Godhas been there far less time than it was without that phase, and was put there for an unjust, unfair reason ( ... )
