I can't believe the doctor is so nonchalant about this, particularly since (as the article points out) the patient would have been on her stomach during surgery meaning this happened after. I would be severely creeped out.

And the whole "below the panty line" thing is unacceptable. I mean, on the hand, maybe a misguided, but cute, gesture. Below the belt? Unacceptable.
