I was right!
I woke up at 4:30 AM, and it felt like there was an earthquake happening. But I live in Chicago, so I figured it must be something else. Apparently it wasn't. Crazy. -

When it rains, I think of the Strawberry Alarm Clock song "Rainy Day, Mushroom Pillow." Unfortunately, the words "rainy day, mushroom pillow" are the only part of the song I remember. -

I don't know about you, but I don't enjoy doing my taxes. It's not so much that I begrudge the money. (Certainly there are financial issues with the government right now, but the concept of tax for services doesn't bother me.) The main thing I don't like, however, is the actual doing of taxes. Cute, but how do they work?
I just got moved to a new workspace (my third since I started here 10 months ago). The desk doesn't have a hole for cables to run through, as a results there are cables hanging every which way.
