Considering the small pattern I'm seeing of it happening while people are driving, I think it's connected somewhat to that. After all, the first report as well was of two people being targeted on their bike...

Been there. I know my girls think I'm overprotective, but I think anyone else who'd gone through what I'd gone through would want them safely inside something like fort knox or something.
