This is like the best thing about living in London.
That it is!! I know London isn't everyone's favourite city for many reasons but seriously... you can get to see lots of musicals and gigs here. It's one of those times where I'm quietly grateful for being a Londoner. If you're lucky you can spot popular faces in the streets or even meet them after a show.
I heard about James McAvoy's new play from reading the newspapers. Aren't you a lucky girl you got to see him at a theatre, in the flesh and obtain an autograph together with a darlin'? XD How long did you wait for him to come out?
I saw the play too, all on my own because my husband wouldn't pay for such an expensive ticket just to see my crush James! Thought he was divine. It never occurred to me to wait after... silly me, and lucky you!
Yep, definitely feel lucky to be here at the right time to see him! I waited about 15-30 minutes, I think. Because I heard from people that he always comes out at the stage door after every performance.
AND you got an autograph!!! Jealous! I was with a friend who doesn't quite understand fangirliness so I couldn't have managed to convince her to hang around.
How awesome was his Ned character coming on for ages before in Act II. It was nice getting to ogle him for extra time!
I actually liked Act II better than Act I though Yup, me too.
Well, good on your friends for dragging you! You should totally add the pic of the autograph with your post.
Oops, I meant I liked Act I better than Act II. Heh, I did think that Act II in general was more popular with people! I didn't dislike Act I in any way, as the energy and conflict was set up well in it.
