Oh wow, seeing those pictures transforming right before my eyes, great effort! I could never stay away from junk food if my life depended on it.

thanx matie

It's a bad habit, hard to get away from at first & you get withdrawal symptoms, but after a mth or two (depending on your willpower! HAHA) YOU'LL start staying away from the bad foods

usually its the people who exercise as well, who see a difference in their weight/body shape, that keeps em motivated to stay offf the junk

thanks girl!

dieting properly..

well before i was pretty much living off energy drinks, crackers, foods that were labelled 'diet' or 'lite', starving myself, depriving myself of my fav foods. this all just made me binge eat, then starve, then eat heaps then starve.

it wasn't until i started exercising, eating a balanced diet of vegies fruit wholegrain bread rice, cutting out sugar (that was the hardest because i wast snacking on lollies everyday) also cutting out bad fats like butter oil fried foods. That's a lifestyle change NOT A DIET if you go into something thinking its a diet then you're more likely to fail

diet usually means cutting out everything but that's not neccessary you just need to eat in moderation you can cut your cake & eat it too
