awwwww the weekend went by so quick! & my weekdays are busy i wish i had more time to blog here >.<

omgosh 6km runs? isn't that heaps? the best i can do is half of that. and that is my maxim.... i am so unfit hey?

i started off with 2.5km runs around the block, then it went up to 6km after about a week or two

you adjust to the feeling of running, it's not as hard as it seems it might feel impossible at first
