The day I broke up with her, I woke up with the most horrendous period pain. I woke up a few hours before my alarm, and could not go back to sleep because of the pain.

I have not had a period since.

Perhaps when I let go of her...

I didn't bleed for 6 years after my brother died. Stopped that August. Bodies know. They carry it in their own way.

I do want to say: I still love you, and always will.
