Geez, 96 is a mess!
There was a huge watermain that burst today and it seriously flooded the roads.
It looks like a small lake with an attached waterfall.
Insane, I tells ya.

I was just over there, Westbound was still driveable, but a road crew was forcing everyone off to the right two lanes. Eastbound is fucked and they won't let anyone even try to cross.
