well it has been 2 years since my last update the last time i updated my journal, since then i have broken up with adam after 4 and a half years we have broken up this is so sad it hurts so much i blame myself for this being so posesive needy i did everything and tryed so hard not to hurt him but in the end i did the very thing i tryed my hardest
