 So I may have found my brother but now I'm bout ready to run around screaming. What if he doesn't respond? What if it isn't him? What if he tell me he doesn't want to ever speak to his fathers side of the family and tells me to bugger off? *falls over*

It would just hurt after all these years of worrying and trying to find him on and off. So far no response though.
