Yesterday I finished The Time Traveler's Wife after captaincatapult mentioned it in a post. HOLY CRAP that was a fantastic book. The way those two loved each other is so real and deep. There was just one tiny part I found unnecessary at the end but that part is easy to ignore. But I really hate when it's not written that Henry has black hair until 150 pages into ( Read more... )

I adore the Time Traveler's Wife, I'm so excited for the movie.

I'm reading Atonement right now and it's great, I definitely recommend it.

Me too! I'm a tad skeptical about Eric Bana as Henry but I'm sure he'll do fine.

I've heard that and I have the book and I'm definitely planning on reading it.

Oh shit man. I never know how to respond when I find out someone read it.! Just, YES, it is so affecting and so exactly what I want from literature and stories that I barely know how to react other than just CRYING. That is so funny about the hair thing though!

YES! I cried so much in the book just because it was so, excuse the cornyness, beautiful. Thanks for mentioning it or else I never would have read it. It always sounded sci fi-y to me lol
