As you can see here there's a few staff rooms available in the main building, but there's rooms in the pool house on the second floor.
You can choose yourself where to settle.

Excellent!
Maggie Gyllenhaal has a room there and Jake Gyllenhaal's office is there, so you have neighbours. The rooms are on the second floor.
