Matt Engarde has been harassing Rena Ryuugu over her journal, apparently to the point of even threatening her life. I don't need to tell you how this is going to affect her recovery progress. Action needs to be taken. I recommend moving him to a different part of Malaise House, putting some observance over him, and limiting his journal privileges. If he continues, we'll need to go to stricter measures, I think.
