First, the goddamn shrinks here took my guns. How the fuck am I supposed to defend myself? Then, they won't let me have any cigarettes. Bullshit, I am not addicted to them.

We don't let patients carry weapons. Standard policy for any medical facility - asylum, hospital, so on.

As for the cigarettes, also standard policy. If not for your own health, then for the health of other patients.
