...of the Sacred Heart Diet. I thought I had posted my starting weight but I guess not. I weighed 135lbs. when I started this thing. I had gained weight over my Xmas week. Anyway. Maybe next time I do this I will try to substitute tofu for the beef, and then I will tell you how it goes. I think it should be fine though! You should try it! Or use fish or something instead.

I absolultely love soy milk, but not the plain one. I drink the Silk Vanilla soy milk and it actually has less fat than the plain one

Plain has 4 g while vanilla has 3.5 grams and tastes so much better!

Yeah! Me too! I enjoy the regular soy milk as well as the vanilla, but I could drink the vanilla by the gallon. Yummmmmm.

congrats! you'll be at your goal weight in no time..i have complete faith in you! I have never done the sacred heart diet..which i find surprising since ive done every else...can u explain a little of it to me? And i totally understand what you are talking about when your brain doesnt registar your weight and you feel so disappointed in yourself...keep you chin up and keep going! you'll be tiny in no time!

Hello my goddess mox! The sacred heart diet recipe and plan can be found a lot of places. You can google it (with quotations around the words) or look it up by intrests here on LJ. But the main part of it is: you make this yummy all-veggie soup that you can eat whenever you want, and each day you get one or two other categories of food you can eat. I.E. on the first day you can eat all the fruit and soup you want, on the second day you can eat all the veggies and soup you want, etc. I think it is friggin easy and I am SO looking forward to starting all over again so that I can do the fruit and soup day again because that was my favorite. whew.
