1. Save all the pictures you want in the moving image to a folder on the desktop.

2. In ImageReady, go to File -- Import -- Folder as Frames. Import the entire folder all at once.

3. Then put the images in order using the little toolbar that will show up at the bottom.

4. When it's all set, go to File -- Save Optimized As.
