you/everyone/we/i need to understand ...
promises are meant to be kept, not broken. yeah, you make a promise right? keep it. its that simple. especially when you make promises to those that you love. happiness is meant to last forever, not a few moments or hours. friends are supposed to be truthful, open, honest, trusting and understanding; not fake. bad situations and problems really show you who your real friends are. we ALL need to understand. life is too short to be spent being frustrated or unhappy with your life. everyone's life is hard and complicated. everyone has problems with friends and family and school. everyone wants to find that *someone* to love. we all want the same things in life. we have to understand how important it is to forgive and forget. stop holding grudges. its stupid. it doesnt get anyone anywhere.
recently ive started to understand that you cant count on other people for your happiness. if you do youll never ever be happy. i can tell you that much. you've got to understand the power of friendship. dont screw it up by doing something stupid. dont question who your real friends are. when people look you in the eye, and tell you how much you mean to them, believe them ! Man, is it that hard !? you've got to understand that you have to TRUST the people that love you. dont feel sorry for yourself everytime you dont get what you want or everytime something doesnt go your way. everything happens for a reason & life is unfair. we all know it.
you've got to understand ... we've all got to understand this. there is so much more to life than what we know now. drop the small problems because there are bigger ones headed our way. i'm not talking to anyone in specific. im talking to everyone, including myself. dont screw your friendships/trust/hope/love up. because these are the most important things in life.
