Seriously, is that all he does all day long? Get wet and almost lose his pants?

He's such a surfer boy that yes, get wet and stop thinking about pants is probably a goal. Catch the day earlier enough and you can see them all stripping & getting into wetsuits alongside PCH in Malibu - it's a thing.

Wait, are you saying this is legal in California? What about the potential impact on the economy? I mean, if I loved in California, I'd be doing exactly that - get up early and watch pretty men get all wet and lose their pants. I'd be so distracted that I'd never be able to work again. In fact, I'd probably never leave the beach again. I'd starve to death and burn in the hot Californian sun!

Of course, once I'm starved and burned, I could probably get a job as a supermodel or actress and get PAID to hang out on the beach.
