Today, I stepped on the scale just like I do obsessively every morning, and was shown a number that means I've reached my first goal! I've lost 10% of my original body weight! Not 10% of my goal total weight loss, but 10% of my body is gone! Vanished! w00t! Tres happy. When I lose 20% of my body, I'll buy myself a new lululemon hoodie. My mom keeps

Exercise is awesome. I don't do nearly enough, but it always makes me feel great. Admittedly, I eat a fair bit after I exercise (it seems like the only time I have an appetite is then), but I try to make it healthy food, so that is all good.

I wanted to get your current, most-used email addy so that I could email you and hear all about your nursing escapades. Career direction wise I have been kinda flip flopping for two years... and I have been thinking about nursing in the back of my head for a while... (combining aspects of serving, lifeguarding, and childcare, my so-far favorite jobs??) But I kinda want to use the year I'm talking off to talk to people in the field and in the program first before I decide if its the direction I want to go in.
