Melatonin 3

Used to suffer from a hangover
the next morning if I slept for less than 9 hours.

Nowadays, it takes an hour before i feel sleepy...
and sometimes waking up just after 3-4 hours.

Sigh.

sigh of aging lah... LOL

Take a break from those sleeping pills.
Try drink warm milk, lavender aromatherapy and warm showers and soak feets on warm water before retire to bed... it might works on you too...

FYI, according to wikipedia: Melatonin is The study concluded that There is evidence that melatonin is safe with short term use.
