I hate working in PA for this reason alone:

I think this can happen in most states...but yes it sucks.

I was under the impression that you couldn't take a paycute to under what you were hired at. I was hired at 5.15 an hour, tipshare, and tips. Now it's going to be 4.50 hr, no tipshare, and our tips. We're taking a huge hit here.
