Anyone want to give me a cool $400 so I can do my bicentennial shopping for clothes that don't have holes in them? I never have luck with the thrift stores around here (though maybe that's because I've only been to the Garment District). Also, I need worky clothes again. Like tailored black pants and the like

I don't suppose you don't bank at Chase? If you go to Chase (in person only) and switch your direct deposit to them and stick with them for 6 months, they give you 125. Which isn't $400, but it's a start.
