Here's hoping. I'm on pretty short notice. My folks are moving to Nashville on the 24th of Feb, and if we don't have renters for the house here, I can stay through the end of March at the absolute latest.

I've got a potential roommate lined up in Norristown, which would be awesome because I've got a bunch of friends right there.
