before the electric company comes and repairs our service. The power went out yesterday at about 2pm and has yet to be even worked on to be repaired. About 150 houses are out because a pole that held the main line into the apartment was rotted and the high wind yesterday blew it down. It in turn has taken an additional 3 more poles down with it.

What an outrageous situation! Is there some sort of utility industry ombudsman that you could complain to?
