About 7am this morning, H came in and woke me up. He said that I needed to see something. As I proceeded to drag my groggy and so not awake ass out of bed, he called me to the back bathroom window. As he pointed up to the top of the highest of the three maples in the backyard, he kept saying, " I think it's an owl!"

During a conversation with someone this week, this person said that they were still trying to find their purpose in their life. I was asked if I had found mine and what was it. OMG!!!
Today, I got into and purchased SIZE 14 jeans!!! I haven't fit into a 14 since high school. I noticed my jeans that I got before Christmas were getting loose, so I grabbed a pair of 16's and 14's then headed into the dressing room. Yesterday I OFFICIALLY became a ONE! What is a one you ask? It's a member of the club of gastric bypass patients who have successfully lost enough weight to be below two hundred pounds.
When I weighed myself yesterday, I was at 199 lbs! I haven't weighed that little since right after Katelyn was born in 1987. How cool is ( Read more... )
