So I woke up this morning having smoked my last ciggarette last night. I want another one so bad, but I keep telling myself I need to quit and if I have them then I smoke them. I have no will power. Probably after I take a shower and put some clothes on I will go buy another pack. I am weak.

I ended up buying some, but I am going to cut back a lot and then quit. Hopefully that will work out. I think I can get enough will power to do that. And when I am busy I don't have time to think about it. I start my 2nd job next week so that will help me quit. Thanks for you support.
