Finally, I bring you the second half of In the Matter of a Wand. Sadly, it has ballooned into three parts, the third of which has not even been sketched out. But... it'll get done. I promise. I just couldn't leave things the way they were at the end of the second part, but I couldn't make things easy for the boys, either. I'm such a sadist.

Wha- don't stop there! What happens next??!! Why is Harry being a prick? Is it because Draco said he was...sorry? Gah the tension is killing me!~ Mentioning his mother's quirks and Pansy's little comments about him make it funny and smexy at the same time.

It's so cool to put it in Draco's POV with a manipulative!aggressive!Harry. It seemed fitting, somehow. Now if only there was a chapter like this before the epilogue in DH...

I love this so much. Draco's so stuck in his head, analysing it all. Harry's such a prick yet not completely in control (which is what I write at the mo). My favourite bit is Draco's exasperation at the punning. What would he think of the fans' reaction to "Draco's felt friendlier in his hand"?!

Thank you! I'll finish it, for sure, but it might take a little while. I've got family and friends coming to town, so the writing has to go by the wayside.

I just love all that JKR gave us to work with in DH. The wand-stuff is just an absolute godsend.

This fic is awesome! You write very well. I like the plot line, but you made it believable. You've nailed canon Draco, which impresses me. He's still Draco, but you've managed to write it so that we all understand him and want to give him a hug. Well, okay, at least I want to do the second part. I absolutely positively can't wait for the third part. I hope it ends happy. Maybe they'll finally realize they aren't making fun of each other and actually finally get some comfort together?
