Bumfuck Conservative Backwoods Hell. Oh, also known as Spokane, WA. I have family in Portland, and a dear friend who is a Union Organizer in Seattle. So yes, we're all here in the Pacific Northwest. Either surrounded by hippies (in you case) or Republicans (in mine).
