Desire?

This is why I will never be Buddhist. I don't believe desire is our enemy. I'm not sure anything could be achieved without it.

I've been trying to wrap my head around certain aspects of Buddhist thought myself, insofar as they don't go directly against my own Heathen beliefs. The line between 'attachment' and 'desire' is pretty blurry - some would argue, as you do, that there's a subtle distinction. Others would say that desire itself is a form of attachment ( ... )
