What are the pros and cons?

Pros - world respected company in it's field and working with people who have a great reputation and develop their staff, $, it's not my current place of work, it's in a great location in the city,

Cons - still working management hours, it's a firm that does consulting so HR may be regarded as a cost not a business partner.

I know. Only thing is it's a consulting firm which means egos.... but the I deal with huge ones now so....

Just think you guys can rant all you want about the ineptitude and prices of my current company once I leave. Actually you do now with me working there so no difference. ;-)
