Well the votes are in, and thought it's not official till the Secretary of State signs off on the numbers, it looks like Ref. 71 passed! This backs up legislation for rights for registered domestic partners. No, it's not marriage, but it's a good step in the right direction. Hopefully someday we'll have voter approval of state rights of marriage
