A/N: This is really random and pointless. I still kinda like it.
The clock was ticking on the wall.
Tick, tick, tick, it went. Endlessly with the same pace until the battery would run out.
That was a lot like Eunhyuk. Always on the move, chattering and goofing around.
Shindong was like that too. You couldn’t tire the two of them easily.
But right now it seemed that the battery had indeed run out. Shindong was lying on the couch listlessly, staring at nothing. Eunhyuk was on the floor next to the couch, knocking the floor with his fingers in the same rhythm as the clock ticked on the wall.
This was their day off. There was absolutely no work whatsoever. It was a very much needed breather between their busy schedules. And it was boring as hell.
The both of them had kept on going with the knowledge that there was no chance to slow down and it had worked just fine. But now that there was an actual pause, it felt like all the energy had been pulled out of their bodies and they could only lay there, doing nothing.
It was the most boring thing Eunhyuk had ever experienced. While working, he had to stay alert and keep moving, but now there were no obligations and therefore no will to go anywhere. They should have just gone home like the other members, or maybe organized a trip somewhere. But no, they had decided to stay at the dorm. Worst decision ever, really.
