KinKi Kids Party! 〜ありがとう20年〜 Reports
Disclaimer: I did NOT attend any of these events, I'm only translating the interesting reports I read from weibo and twitter. Also, I only have a basic understanding of Japanese and Chinese so my translations may not be very accurate.
Tsuyoshi did not attend this event in person, but participated through a live broadcast from elsewhere to avoid direct exposure to loud noises due to his condition.
Koichi at Backstage
Tsuyoshi: /starts explaining his condition and the treatment he went through the past few weeks/ I'm really sorry...
Koichi: Tsuyoshi really wanted to participate on stage, but was stopped by the doctor after all.
Tsuyoshi: Yeah, doctor stop.

After singing this song, Koichi mentioned that he had wanted to sing "Tsuyoshi Genki Kai". Thus, he sang the song again replacing the lyrics "Minna" with "Tsuyoshi". Tsuyoshi was smiling and looking extremely happy from the live broadcast.

Both of them were holding a list of their earlier concert footage in the hand. Koichi asked Tsuyoshi which footage he would like to watch. Tsuyoshi said Kishi Michi (Koichi's Solo from 1997 A so Bo Concert). Koichi was unwilling because he found the performance rather silly but Tsuyoshi was insistent on watching it. Koichi finally let the staff play the footage and chose to watch Aishiteru Aishitenai (Tsuyoshi's Solo from 1997 A so Bo Concert).

Koichi dragged Toma to the right side of the stage. The three of them danced to this song together and Toma kept apologising to Tsuyoshi afterwards. Koichi told Toma that if in the future he was to hold a solo live concert, he would backdance for him.
Happy Happy Greeting with 4U
4U brought a cake with "KinKi Kids 20th Anniversary" written on it to the place Tsuyoshi was broadcasting from. There was another identical cake on stage for Koichi. Both of them blew the candles on the cake together~ 4U wrote a letter to KinKi Kids, but mis-wrote their name as "Kinki Kids" and was scolded by Koichi. When singing, Koichi changed the lyrics from "Omedetou Omedetou Birthday" to "Omedetou Omedetou Twenty Years".
Yamenaide PURE with 4U
Tsuyoshi and 4U danced to this song. However, the room that Tsuyoshi was in was rather small and the five of them were squeezing and pushing each other while dancing.
Hitori Jyanai
Koichi complained that it was too hot wearing this costume (a suit) and asked if he could take it off. He turned away from the audience and changed on stage revealing his beautiful back muscles into a shirt that had a picture of young-Tsuyoshi printed on it. At the same time, Tsuyoshi changed into a shirt revealing his shirtless back-view for a moment that had a picture of young-Koichi printed on it. Koichi faced the screen and asked Tsuyoshi: "I have a song I wanted to sing, could you listen to it?" Tsuyoshi started bouncing excitedly while listening. At the end of the song, Koichi said that the lyrics were especially good because they could convey his feelings.

Koichi: Actually, I started co-writting a song with Dojima Kohei. You probably heard the demo previously?
Tsuyoshi: Yep! I did!

Koichi mentioned that Nagase had told him not to sing this song with other people because it's KinKi Kids' song. Koichi asked Nagase if he wanted to sing it today. Nagase was stunned for a moment and Koichi asked Tsuyoshi for permission. Tsuyoshi said that he would dance while the both of them sing. After singing this song, Koichi thanked Nagase for helping. Nagase kissed Koichi on the cheek similar to during the 2007-2008 Johnny's Countdown Live and exclaimed that he finally got to kiss Koichi xD Koichi retorted that people would call them BL again.

Tsuyoshi used this time to draw a picture of the both of them with "Thank You for 20 Years of Love". Koichi kept praising Tsuyoshi's drawing and Tsuyoshi said that he likes Koichi's drawings a lot as well. The screen at the position of the picture moves and Koichi exits the stage.

Tsuyoshi managed to write a bit of lyrics. He wrote the lyrics from a female's perspective and Koichi questioned if he was actually female xD While Koichi was singing with lyrics, there were fireworks from another event in the sky.
