Name: Kathy
Age: 13
Location: Southern California
Fav. Song:
I have quite a few, but my current favorite song is Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Greenday
Fav. Movies:
My utmost favorite movies of all time is A Walk to Remember, Chasing Liberty, and Never Been Kissed. As you may already have assumed, I'm a complete sucker for romantic comedies.
Fav. Actor/Actress:
I haven't entirely decided on who my favorite actor is, but my favorite actress is Drew Barrymore. Ever After is one of my favorites from her.
Fav. Bands:
I cannot narrow this list down to a few mere "favorite bands," because I like them all equally. I'll name a few though: Greenday, Sugarcult, Yellowcard, The Pixies, The Used, Switchfoot, Blink 182, Toploaders, and as an info-mercial would claim: AND MORE! hehe I love those things!
What do YOU think makes you a Classic?:
I think what makes me most unique or 'classic' is just me remaining me. In this world of teenaged stereotypes, such as JLo or Britney Spears, most girls, and guys as well, change themselves so quickly to try and 'fit in' and be one of those 'cool people.' I'll admit that I feel quite lonely whenever I don't have any of my friends by my side, but I pull through -- I just make new friends, and keep the ones that do appreciate what I have in store if they uphold a friendship with me. I think by just remaining myself, I'm a classic of my kind.
How did you find out about oClassicBeautyo?:
Just a random Interests search. I love those searches, as well!
Briefly describe your personality: I am overall a nice, and caring person. Boy, have I heard that a lot! Anyhow, I befriend everyone I meet, because I know there is good in everybody. I spread the hugs, smiles, and happiness to everyone I meet, and I am a goofball while doing it! I like to make people smile with random things/images. For example, last year, on the last day of the school, every one of my friends were crying because we were all separating for the summer, and some, even forever. I didn't like to see my friends so unhappy, so I started blurting out such things as, "C'mon you guys! Think about the fried shrimp! Would they want you all to cry today?" or "The fried shrimp will convince you all not to be unhappy. Just you wait!" Mainly, just random, shrimpy, things come out of my mouth, and that day, we all left the school laughing our heads off thinking about the fried shrimp. I made others laugh, and I cheered them up as well -- and that feeling, to me, is wonderful! [FYI: My favorite food is fried shrimp.]
How do you feel about your fashion sense?:
I am not going to 'label' my fashion sense because it is somewhat resembling to 'labeling' a human being. I wear whatever feels comfortable to me, with a dash of girly-ness, of course.
Where do you like to shop?:
I love thrift stores! As well as the swap meet! Those two places sell items/clothes for really cheap prices, and I like to fool around with what I can transform them into! I treat myself to a mall day once in a while, and shop at expensive places, such as Forever 21, though. =]

Describe your true love:
My true love. This is something no one could ever answer. Have you realized that whenever someone is asked this, they go on and on about qualities that they want their 'true love' to have, but as they grow up, and they meet their 'true love,' his/her qualities are completely different from what you had described in your earlier years? Despite this, I'd have to say that my true love must possess humor and a nice, caring, as well smart, personality. These are the two main things I look for in a boy. Those are the two things that'd make me happy as I'm in lust.
What do you look for in a friend?
This is the same scenario as the 'true love' question: you never know what the future holds. What I look for in a friend is an intellectual, nice, caring, humorous person who treats me for the person that I am. He/She must treat me as equally as they do others, and [try to be] completely honest with me, because I know of the situations where friends don't want to tell the other friend something because it'll hurt them. That's basically it. =]
And finally, what makes you who you are today?:
I'd love to answer my friends to this, but as I think more clearly of it, I think that's just one small part of who makes me who I am today. My writing makes me who I am today, as well. Without my writing, I would have nothing to be proud of -- I would have nothing to turn to when I have no one to talk to. I can't really say my family, because they haven't treated me all too well these past 13 years of my life, though they have given me a life to live, so I thank you for that. There's probably bits and pieces of it that I've left out, but I'm just going to leave it at that.
