yesh. and i come across with this funny joke about the type of guys in the language of internet

i thot normally one wud take the theoretical lessons before ones takes the practical lessons, that makes sense...and yesh, theoretical does lower insurance.

you could actually learn the rules, while u sitting in the car.
that's why i start driving first, then i went to driving school
