i really wanna tell the whole world, i am doing phyiscs olympiad, not becuz i like doing them, but i wanna show dr.poon i don't deserve the mark he is giving me rite now. i hate school, it's always about marks, get good marks = good university, doesn't mean u will be successful in your life. but in the other way, good university will get you good

i think i'll skip the lecture on the vast number of grammatical errors in this post and go right into it and say, "take it easy", something like that isn't really worth getting pissed off at. Getting mad just makes you feel worse.

ya,that sucks but don't get pissed about it,I'm failing five of my six classes,I now what it's like to get lectures about grades,I hope you're doing ok,don't forget about your social life! ^_^

Onee-sama, I understand the amount of pressure you are having. Most people take easy courses that semi-relate or no relation at all for their future career, to boost their averages up, but the courses that count are the courses required for admission. That is the average they take. You shouldn't feel lazy for grade 12, you should be working you're hardest, but not to the point where you're sacrificing sleep for school XD... Like Hollander says, she doesn't care if you do it wrong, as long as you put your effort into something, it'll show up in the end, and in her case, it shows up in the marks as well. Dr. Poon goes by marks... >.> marks in his class means a) you dont do your hw b) you dont understand the concepts c) a and b; in you're case it's a) in my case it's c) b Also, even if we understand how to solve it, somehow we always make minor errors worth 1/2 marks off per mistake (1% deduction) and then there's the communication, where it shows our understanding of the concepts... OR the understanding of the equation...... you never

Hey just found your journal by searching random, couldnt help but notice your teachers name is dr. Poon. Got a good immature laugh out of it.

also I think the last statistic I heard is something like 80% of people who graduate from college end up working in field different than what they majored in. just some food for thought.
