First World Problems: My UPS is Noisy

My UPS (battery backup, not parcel service) tells me I need a new battery.

You remind me, I need to give the backup battery a full charge and find my multimeter so I can do some tests before hooking it up to the new-to-me UPS that I've never shaken down either.
