LED Light

Old Code Still Lurks
Despite all the changes and advancements of Windows, some ancient code still lurks at its heart, even in Windows 7.
If you minimize a window when Explorer isn't running, that minimized window still drops down to a truncated title bar into the lower left corner of the screen. No matter how dressed up it gets, it's still a scared little 16-bit ( Read more... ) -

Seven Color Week

Tried Amazon Prime Instant Video. Meh.
I tried out Fringe, since I missed the most of the first season and as such couldn't really get into the show. Fringe isn't available on Netflix and Hulu only gets the five most recent episodes, so it seemed like a good trial.
The player interface scales poorly, and has no "next episode" button on shows.
