Um well..the basics would probably be a good start. I really don't understand where I'm doing it wrong when I cook, so basic instructions might be best. Ah, if that's ok.

About the uniforms... you don't need to worry about them yet. I'll probably wait until everyone's hired, then ask someone to make a few for you guys.

I've practiced many times before. I've cooked for my family before, but...maybe I'm just not practicing enough and that's all it is.

It might help if you give me an idea of the mistakes you make, Yui-chan. Sometimes it's all in the technique.

Well I follow all of the instructions, thoroughly....although, I'm more of a person who cooks from scratch and create my own dishes that way. [Basically, she follows her own intuition.]

But besides that, sometimes the food comes out overcook, which doesn't make any sense when I left it over the heat for as long as the instruction tells me to.

Sounds like your biggest concern is keeping an eye on the food. Instructions'll only take you so far. The rest can be a lot of shitty guess work.
