I can't remember who this one came from...

Okay then. I lost track of how many fandoms are included in here.

The thing is, she's never had quite that much whiny teenage angst in her, and really, life does go on.
Words cannot express how hilarious and close to home this I find this. And hopeful to know what context this passage is found within....
What I want to know is, I've only ever seen 2 or 3 pieces of yours. Do you publish anywhere else? You have such a clever and unique way of arranging your words, sentences, paragraphs and ideas....I'd really like to see more than just "Breaking" and that sweet Sparky I read awhile back.
By the way, "Hi!"

I'm quite ashamed to admit this, but I had a Twilight phase [it lasted about a week, I think] and I think that might've been where this snippet came from. The Twilight thing ended pretty quickly, ironically because of Bella and her dramatics getting on my nerves and Edward being like a walking, talking Hallmark card.
I found that jotted down in one of my little notebooks the other day and decided it should get re-appropriated for a better fandom.
And I really just wanted to say thank you, too. Your kind words pretty much made my day. :) To answer your question, I don't write as many fanfics as I used to- I think it has something to do with NaNoWriMo having eaten my brain, lol.
The older fanfics are under my archive tag though, and there's a few other fics at betweenthewaves. It's my "slightly-secret" experiment journal.
"Hi!" back. I missed you!

Funny, I thought my "meh" reaction to Twilight was just due to my age (though usually I'm pretty young at heart). It really wasn't a bad storyline...but it was Edward's melodrama that just turned me off. It could've just been the actor though. I'm trying to figure out why my 47 year-old brother (an avid Stephen King fan) just asked for and received the entire Twilight set (saga? series?) of books for Christmas.
Though I've not posted for something like 40 weeks, I still visit LJ everyday, albeit briefly, always on the lookout for new fics...the type I like are getting pretty rare - But I just really don't have the time any more to read and write like I used to. It's probably for the best in the long run, but I still miss it.
