Does anyone know if nostalgia can become a serious illness? I'm starting to see and hear things apparently... Hear the voices of my sisters or feel that old hag's eyes on my back... Just a moment ago I would have swear to have seen one of my sister's peeking at me from behind a door like when we were small.

Is this... A serious illness?

I've never heard of nostalgia as an illness before ... Maybe you're just very homesick?

I hadn't heard about love as an illness either, yet it is.

[Tosses her hair behind her shoulder.]

I rarely get homesick. In fact I would have no reason to get like that, all I care about is here after all.

[Not all, but that for which she's willing to give up everything else is here indeed.]

Oh, love isn't an illness at all, but never mind that. [And you may want to, Boa -- if there's one thing that gets Flonne riled up, it's that subject :|;] Sometimes, even the littlest things can be missed when you're away from home for a long time. You say all you care about is here, but surely there's something else from home that you miss too?

[If only she knew, she would probably shut up. But she doesn't know and she doesn't like to be told she's wrong, even more when she knows she isn't -at least according to her world-.]

It is an illness indeed and a mortal one on top of that. Many before me have died because of it and only one managed to survive its effect.

I won't say there aren't a few things I may miss, but those are things I gave up on long before coming here. [Her sisters mostly, and she gave up on her people even longer before.] Still, missing them to the point of hallucinating isn't something I find normal.

Only if you let it get the best of you. It can definitely make a person depressed to be stuck in place like this.

I'm not really depressed, thought. Everything I care about and worry is here except a few things, that's why I'm confused about this sudden nostalgia.

Either you just suddenly miss those few things not here or those crazy criminals are up to no good again. [He's thinking the latter personally because it's odd that Boa has mentioned this when he found something rather interesting in his apartment earlier too.]

How curious you call them criminals... [That makes you sound like a Marine, so far everyone she has heard of talks about them as scientists or just as the Malnosso.]

I suppose it is a possibility. They have no qualms in messing with our heads after all.

[Just another thing to add to the pile of reasons to transform them in stone and destroy those statues once she gets her hands on them.]

[This is getting creepy.]

It can be.

You're hallucinating?

It would seem so.

[She wasn't worried when it was just a deja vú feeling or she heard for a second her sisters' voices. There are many ways to explain that. But to see, from the corner of her eye, one of her sisters peeking at her from behind a door...]

It was gone faster than the blink of an eye, but I'm sure of what I saw. And I have never been prone to have those hallucinations.

[Daydreams yes, hallucinations no.]

Did you hear or feel anything along with it?

I have heard the voices of my sisters, as if they were here. I also got the feeling of the presence of an old woman from my world around me.

Why?

[Don't be silly, we're all in One Piece]

Just fine, Boa.

[Lies, she's not part of the cast]

I'm glad to hear that. It has been a long time since we last talked, hasn't it?

[What with kidnappings, tortures and what not. Hancock doesn't want to talk about that thought, and she's sure Nami doesn't want either. She gets a random idea, didn't Nami mention she liked those things?]

Have you gone shopping lately?

[Post more often then woman]

It has been. [Grin.] And no, I haven't. Have anything in mind?

[Tell Oda to give me more about Hancock, I'm waiting on it to decide where to head with her damnit]

[She didn't have anything in mind actually but she's grasping on straws right now.]

I was wondering if you would be up to show me how it is. I have the feeling it may be more fun if done with another girl than on my own. The other one, Robin, could also come, just the girls hanging around?

[...Hmm. Well, thinking objectively about this-] It's probably an illness, but I don't think it's serious?

[Finally an answer she's satisfied with!]

So I shouldn't worry about it being lethal?

[She thinks for a moment. What does lethal mean agai- oh. She blinks and then smiles-] Nope. As long as you have precious friends and love, it shouldn't kill you.

[She doesn't exactly have the first one, though she's trying to be friends with her beloved's crew. At least she has love...]

And if one only has half of that? Does it half kill them then?
