Upon reading your profile, you just seem like a rebellious punk kid, so I guess a girl's 'level of odd' depends on the person, eh? Last I checked, the Spice Girls were not 'hip' and the majority of people make fun of them or their fans. They're pop, yes, but they're extremely tacky (at least their older stuff which is all I like) and mostly only liked by little girls in Britain. To me, "hip" is keeping up with what's popular currently, and big-haired British girls running around on stage in sequins and platforms, eh... I'd say that's not exactly today's idea of 'cool' or 'hip' lol. But I can't be sure... the last time I listened to the radio or watched MTV was like, early 90's era
