I needed an icon that said 'I'm slightly irritated/bored now,' or maybe 'I drown my sorrows in somewhat suspicious looking green novelty drinks' and I was rather pleased to find a userpic of one of my favourite sailor senshi that seemed to work perfectly. I THINK Makoto was lamenting her single status in that scene, but I could be mistaken. Also, I like animated icons.

Have I mentioned that Rarity is my favourite pony? She totally is. She makes the greatest faces. This is her 'It. Is. On.' face. She'll mess you up...in a totally ladylike way, of course.

The results of combining an overused meme with a character who has become something a meme himself. Unfortunately actually taking the advice of the icon hasn't worked out well for me.

Kotetsu/Tiger is adorkable. He wears this somewhat panicked/distraught/'wtf is going on?' face a lot, and I love it. It's my icon for when I've been overwhelmed by something.

Ah, the Lady Amalthea. Nobody quite does quiet disapproval the same way. The Last Unicorn is one of my favorite books, and I'm quite fond of the movie too (despite its obvious attempts to make me hate it by inserting TERRIBLE romantic duets featuring two leads who had no business singing...or at least not singing those songs). My own problem with this icon is that it's a little lighter than I'd like, but I'm still happy to have it.
