oh well, all i had to do was just remake my account lol. yay i start my photography class soon.

the swastika is a symbol of fortune and luck in south asian countries...thusly, banning its use could (in theory) be banning you from using a symbol of your culture for all myspace knows.
that and that whole.....first amendment freedom of speech includes forms of "non-speech"
